1. Ability to work constructively in a team environment.
2. 2-5years of experience in administrating SQL server Environment
3. Willing to work in 24x7 support environment.
4. Knowledge on netapp Sql tools would be an added advantage
5. Experience with replicating /Log shipping & mirroring.
6. Experience in SQL Server upgrade.
7. Database design & architecture.
8. Exceptional troubleshooting skills.
9. Should have experience and capability on L2/L3 troubleshooting.
10. Responsible for monitoring performance and system usage.
11. Experience with Patching & Security remediation to keep environment compliant.
12. Working and resolving alerts with in SLA.
13. Experience working in a culturally diverse environment.
14. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
