1. Convert requirements into technical and functional specifications for large, complex projects
2. Provide feature estimates
3. Develop and enhance new and existing applications
4. Write, test, and deploy code using established standards and procedures
5. Understand and adhere to specifications
6. Troubleshoot and maintain existing software according to company standards and procedures
7. Design and deliver formal or informal training
8. Mentor and support other developers
9. Review deliverables and provide performance feedback
10. Recommend process and technical improvements
