Job Description:
1. 0 to 3 yrs of experience in US Healthcare process (voice process / semi voice process / Non voice process)
2. Worked in AR follow up/ Denial management/verification process.
3. Strong knowledge of Healthcare terminology.
4. Sound knowledge of RCMS cycle.
5. Flexible to work in Night shift.
6. Should be willing to work in Semi Voice process.
