Job Description:
1. Identifying potential candidates, sourcing them through the existing database, contacts, referrals and headhunting
2. Independently manage recruitment for an account/geography
3. Managing the Internet-based recruitment process.
4. Co-ordinate / liaison with Recruitment Agencies, Institutions
5. Presenting job opportunities to qualified candidates.
6. Preliminary screening of candidates to ensure that they meet the requirement.
7. Conducting skills testing, interviews, reference checks and background investigations. Good with Documentation
8. Scheduling interviews, feedback and follow-up.
9. Planning and strategizing for project specific recruitment within defined time frames
10. Churn and implement specific recruitment strategies in conjunction with the overall recruitment strategy for the company
11. Contribute to creating an organizational image, which would help in attracting and recruiting the best talent.
