1. Work closely with Architects to develop architecture for product features.
2. Lead team to develop design from architecture specifications.
3. Design, Implement, bug fix, unit testing and integration testing.
4. Own modules/subsystems and do peer reviews.
5. Mentoring juniors.
6. Proactively flag risks/dependencies.
7. Timely status reporting to project manager and architect.
