2. High proficiency in C
3. Strong in Operating Systems and Algorithms
4. Strong FC or FCoE experience is a big plus
5.Experience working on Scalable, Distributed Architectures a plus
6.Experience working on Network Switches desirable
7.Strong Protocol level / State machine development preferred to work in areas of Protocol Development
8.Strong device driver, bios, kernel experience required to work in areas of System Development
