Responsibilities: 

1. conducting manpower related searches on various sources as per the requirement.

2. contacting the candidates,taking their details and explaining the specifics of the training.

3. Ascertaining candidate interest levels and scheduling the demo.

4. Arranging demos, follow ups with candidates, negotiating fee with candidates and hand holding candidates till joining.

5. Maintaining and filling candidate records and maintaining the HRMS.

6. Other recruitment related activities as specified by management from time to time.
