Job Description:
1. Network Planning for all accounts in the circle
2. Network performance & KPI delivery for all accounts in the circle as per
3. contractual requirements.
4. KPI analysis & improvement
5. Geography Based Drive Test for optimization & comparison
6. Drive Test Analysis & Corrective actions
7. Responsible for all Optimization requirments in the Circle
8. Provide inputs to Planning team on Network requirements in terms of
9. capacity, coverage & KPI improvement
10. Ensure processes and procedures are followed
11. Customer complaints Visit, resolution & update
12. Periodic Network Audits
13. Liaison with third party service providers.
