JOB SUMMARY:

Job Description:
1. Process data as per e discovery framework .
2. Escalate issues seen during processing and take appropriate or requested action.
3. Validate and process data using a series of scripts, applications and queries.
4. Work with other departments to resolve issues associated with specific jobs.
5. Apply technical knowledge to resolve data integrity issues.
6. Work closely with team members to ensure jobs are completed in a timely manor.
7. Work to improve efficiencies by identifying bottlenecks and working with department manager to further automate processes.
8. Minimum 3 years of Production support experience with a reputed organization.
9. Analyst should have in-depth knowledge and hands on experience of handling time-critical Production issues/Incidents and shall be proficient in support procedures, functions and escalation procedures.
10. Should be well versed with Basic Database concepts, SQL, PL/SQL, Query Tuning, Query optimization and handling prod db issues.
11. Should be proficient to work on UNIX/LINUX operating systems with exhaustive exposure on UNIX general purpose utilities to interrogate and analyze production issues.
12. Should be conversant with Shell Scripting and working in UNIX editors such vi, vim etc.
13. Candidate should possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) as the job includes extensive interaction with US counterparts, teams and stakeholders.
14. Should have strong teamwork ethic - willing to jump in to assist others.
15. Accountability, Ownership and Commitment to quality and deadlines
16. An independent worker who will take the initiative to ensure goals are met.
17. Ability to work under pressure with changing objectives and deadlines.
18. Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills.
19. Flexible in working night shifts .
