1. Database Management & hands on Performance management Tables & Counters, Nokia OSS.
2. OSS Availibility Perform OSS O&M, implement configuration changes and support users of OSS network & To coordinate with NSN on the various OSS issues.
3. 3G CM ProcessesCoordinate with Field team and facilitate the knowledge transfer of the CM processes and activities in 3G on the various operational issues and features, opening tracking and closing trouble tickets to address various operational issues.
4. Packet data configuration & supportPerform periodic augmentation of Gb and Abis resources & data dimensioning plans to increase data throughput and reduce customer complaints by 31st Mar 45% EDGE speed per TS.
5. Proactive & Corrective Measures Perform Study of alarms and implement proactive corrective measures and projects to ensure maximum network uptime.
6. KPI improvement Provide support to RF planning and Network quality teams on the various parameter changes, modifications and feature implementations & internal parameter audits to ensure good network quality.
7. Quality Network Availability Support Operation and maintenance activities of 2G/3G elements in coordination with zonal NWS teams to provide quality network availability to customer.
8. Alarm Monitoring & Escalations Evaluate 2G/3G elements alarm monitoring and to maintain accurate alarm escalation as per escalation process to ensure maximum network uptime.
9. M-Link Administration Administrate TRAU/TCSM network resources to achieve timely & error Free Mlink augmentation and to maintain congestion free BSCs.
10. S/W Patch Loading to implement load balancing.
