Job Responsibilities:
1. Must possess good communications skills.
2. Willingness to work US shifts (night shifts).
3. Should have a good working knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware and networking.
4. Strongly skilled at diagnosing and identifying defects /issues.
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment and the ability to adapt to change.
6. Keyboarding Skill (WPM 25) Accuracy (85%).
