1. Supporting customers on Cisco Routing, switching, security, IP Telephony and wireless products.
2. Assist customers to troubleshoot and resolve level 1 networking, application, hardware issues.

Required Skills:
1. Understand basic networking and server operations.
2. Understand TCP/IP and OSI models.
3. Understand IPv4 and IPv6
4. Understand remote access tools like Telnet, SSH, VNC, RDP etc
5. Capable of using network monitoring tools to identify and isolate problems.
6. Able to use tools to capture trace files, debugs, sniffers etc for analysis.
