Required Skills:
1. Good Unix/Linux knowledge, ideally with experience of Solaris and HP-UX, Suse, Red Hat, CentOS.
2. Log analysis and logical troubleshooting skills.
3. Strong Windows 2003/2008/2012 knowledge and experience, including Domains.
4. Networking skills Packet & Session analysis, Firewalls and VPNs.
5. Attached and Network Attached Storage experience an advantage.
6. Proven technical support experience.
7. Optional SQL, XML, Hadoop/MAPR and Event Management experience.
8. Optional MSSQL Server, Oracle knowledge.
9. Excellent communications skills and Customer focused.
10. VMWare Administration is a major plus.
11. Salesforce CRM/Ticketing experience is a plus.
12. Prior RSA Products Experience is a plus.
13. Dell Server Hardware Troubleshooting skills.
14. CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, or any third party firewall certification is a plus.
