3. Strong experience on Client side MVC framework (Backbone, angular, ember etc..) with spring MVC.
4. Should be hands-on in Java, J2EE, framework and tools.
5. Very Strong Oracle Database Skills are essential.
6. Knowledge on Agile Development Methodology is a plus.
7. Very good analytical skills and problem solving ability a must.
8. Very good communication skills.
