Candidate Profile:

1. Candidates should possess B.E/B.Tech from any recognized university.
2. Specialist: 0-2 years of experience as a NPI/ECO Engineer in a BPO or Manufacturing set up.
3. Hands on experience in the following domains.
4. NPI (New Product Introduction)
5. ECO (Engineering Change Order management)
6. BOM (Bill Of Materials) Management
7. Price Matrix Process
