1. Experienced in handling a recruitment team.
2. Responsible for satisfying all of the responsibilities of a Recruiter and in addition have responsibilities unique to their lead role.
3. Training new Recruiters, mentoring Recruiters within the branch/department, deploying the proper recruiting resources to ensure coverage of requirements, and providing various reports and assuring the recruiting staff adheres to system requirements, productivity metrics, etc.
4. Conducts the day-to-day recruiting/placement activities for Clients in Domestic markets.
5. Defines, verifies & obtains position requirements & gathers information regarding client environment/platform, culture, to ensure proper candidate suitability.
6. Responsible for proactive sourcing of IT candidates to build a pipeline of candidates.
7. Conducts searches using traditional & creative sourcing methods, including internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings, job/career fairs, local colleges, referrals, user/technical groups and upcoming transition/re-market consultants. Provides information about the company to candidates & promotes benefits of a career with Manpower.
