Job Description:

1. Product Operations is seeking an experienced analyst to support the product operations organization. This role will support multiple complex products across all business units.
2. The analyst will work with the product operations team and internal stakeholders to the Product and Development group.
3. He/she will be responsible for Working with the Product BUs & Product Operations members to develop process flows, gate-exit criteria, and deliverable templates, among other process work, for taking Akamai products through the product lifecycle.
4. Analytics on process related metrics to improve the current process construct.
5. The analyst will report into the Product Operations Senior Manager.
