3. Product Knowledge: Biginsights, Dash, SPSS, Cognos, Splunk, R, Python, Hadoop, SCALA, SCAPI, Netcool Operations Insights, Apple IoS
4. Profession: ITA/ITS
5. Certifications: SCALA, SCAPI, NOI, SPSS, R, Phython, Haddop.
