Job Description:

SQA will be responsible to facilitate Quality Objectives of the project and drive process improvements. They will be engaged with project teams to highlight early warnings to the management through audits and tracking, drive process improvement initiatives that positively impacts Quality, Cost and Delivery. The job involves identifying process performance trends.

Roles &Responsibilities:

1. Working Knowledge-Experience in CMMi L5 implementation.
2. Advanced Knowledge of Quality Management systems like ISO 9001:2008, TL9000.
3. Experience in process rollout including training.
4. Experience in conducting Deliverable Audits, Internal Quality audits and Process Compliance audits.
5. Drive process improvement initiatives.
6. Working Knowledge of Agile (Scrum & Kanban)
7. Working Knowledge to expert in statistical tools for data collection and metrics analysis.

Required Skills:

1. Expertise in MS Excel and other MS office tools.
2. Statistical knowledge on prediction models, metrics baselines, process performance trends.
3. Possesses good written and oral communication skills.
4. Ability to think Out of the box.
5. Problem solving techniques.
