Job Description:

1. Netbackup server/client and tape libraries
2. Monitor daily Netbackup activity and reporting to proactively avoid issues
3. Modify and optimize backup schedules
4. Improve automation and productivity of backups through scripting enhancements
5. Troubleshoot and resolve missed and failed Netbackup backups
6. Interface with vendors for escalation of issues
7. Processing of tapes for offsite storage
8. Update Netbackup policies and procedures
9. Good skills on
10. performance optimization.
