Job Description:

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science preferred

2. 0-1.5 years of experience in IT

3. Good written and verbal communication skills in English

4. Possesses problem solving skills, good attention to detail, and is quality oriented

5. Experience in troubleshooting and proposing solutions to problems

6. Experience in Automation tools.

7. Background in healthcare or information systems preferred

8. Ability to work overtime and irregular hours when needed

9. Able to translate complex software design requirements into test cases

10. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite

11. US healthcare knowledge preferred.
