Job Description:

Responsibilities:
1. Working directly on application / technical problem identification and resolution, including off-shift and weekend support functions
2. Participating in integrated testing and user acceptance of application or infrastructure components
3. Working with vendors on the integration of purchased application(s) and/or infrastructure
4. Designing and implementing processes, or process improvements, to aid in development and support
Qualifications


Candidate Profile:

Required Qualifications:
1. Computer-related or Engineering-related four year College or University Degree (or equivalent)
2. Zero to two years of progressively responsible IT job-related experiences
3. Knowledge of the latest technology in programming languages, computing hardware & software and current development processes and tools


Desired Qualifications:
1. IT experience related to programming, integration or infrastructure
2. Computer related or Engineering related Masters degree
3. Knowledge and experience with one or more of the following business processes:
3.1. Supply Chain
3.2. Manufacturing
3.3. Product Introduction
3.4. Product Support
