Consistent with IBM's focus on business values, the company's global team of account representatives combines a deep understanding of each client's organizational and industry specific needs with comprehensive knowledge of the products, technologies and services offered by IBM and its network of business partners Web Analytics Specialist This position will support demand generation efforts via a variety of reporting and web technologies on IBM.com. Your primary responsibility will be to work with NA / Geo management staff to create reports and perform analysis on the digital performance for the Brands. You will also be required to regularly work with peers in North America to provide analytics on web pages, offers, and pipeline across all the digital initiatives. You will be exposed to a variety of tools required as part of IBM Demand Generation and be required to use those tools and your skills to be successful in your role. Additionally you will be using IBM.coms Web analytics and offer capturing systems (Netinsight, CoreMetrics and IWM) to help report on the performance of Brand/ Geo web site. The job involves: Project prioritization and management. Delivering timely data and reports reflecting the current state of business for marketing programs, worldwide. Collaborating across brands to share best practices. Leading new projects to define improved metric and reporting capabilities. Providing insights and analysis of data, metrics and reports to business leaders and stakeholders. Creating and documenting data gathering and analysis processes. Delivering ad- hoc and custom reports and data to stakeholders. Prerequisites The applicant should be a post graduate / equivalent in business management and have a work experience of at least 5 years. Experience / Abilities - Web analytics and digital marketing experience. - Adaptability to change as new processes are developed and executed. Expect a large degree of change and adoption of new processes while maintaining old ones until a migration plan can be completed. - Understanding of IBM marketing processes and general web marketing tactics - Working independently and within a team - Proven experience and expertise with IBM reporting systems - Coremetrics - Unica NetInsights - IWM Reporting - Covario - Cognos - Other reporting tools - Strong communication and organizational skills required. Must be able to take direction well and be flexible with work hours. Skill set preferred - Understanding and working knowledge of the many web systems within IBM - COM (offer management tool) - MTE (merchandizing tool, across SWG pages) - IWM CCT tool (web form creation tool) - GSA / FTP (identities that use PUTTY or other apps to FTP content to IBM production servers) - Unica Netinsight / Core Metrics Implementation & Reporting - Exposure to Web development - JavaScript - HTML(5) & CSS expertise - Proven knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
