JOB SUMMARY:
Job Description :
1) To follow up with the selected candidates for the joining. (for
all the location as per the requirement).
2) Job postings for all the current open position for all the location.
3) Bulk sms-ing and mass mailing to the candidates for job opening.
4) Making calls to the candidates for interview, screening the
candidates, coordinate over interview process.
5) Maintaining Records for Walk-in, Selected, Rejected, hold,
shortlisted candidates as per the format provided to you for all the
location.
6) To Searching and making calls to Computer, Spoken English training
institutes, consultancies for bulk hiring and maintaining a record for
the same.
7) To Send work report and recruitment status on daily,weekly and
monthly basis.
8) To perform the duties as guided and assigned by management apart from recruitment.
