1. 0-1 year of experience with Good written and oral communication skill.
2. Basic Computer knowledge.
3. Flexible working in Evening Shifts.
4. Backend/Non-Voice Process
5. Proficiency in MS-Office, Internet usage and other web-based applications.
6. Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimum supervision.
7. Ability to detect errors.
