Job Description:
1. Assists in contract summarization, contract management, legal research, drafting, litigation research related projects.
2. Applies a working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations; verifies documents for completeness and compliance with quality and client requirements.
Candidate Profile:
1. Candidate with 0-2 years of experience can apply.
2. LLB/ LLM from India or Abroad PREFERRED
3. FRESHERS (ONLY LLB / LLM) CAN APPLY.
4. Excellent communication skills in English.
5. Typing speed of 30 WPM / 98% Accuracy.
6. Strong ability to Analyze and Interpret complex Contract terms.
7. Knowledge in Contract and Document Review.
8. Candidate should be able conduct Legal Research.
9. Understanding of legal fundamentals, methods and procedures.
10. Drafting the legal information as per the client requirements.
11. Drafting contracts based on pre-agreed precedents and guidelines
12. Experience in understanding different types of legal documents.
13. Must have knowledge about Corporate or Investment Banking products.
14. Flexible to work in Night shift too.
