Job Description:
1. Responsible for planning and delivering the entire campus strategy for the Gurgaon locations
2. Maintain a round the year sustainable campus relationship model across the pre campus, on campus and post campus phase.
3. Actively engage with campuses and continue to build the brand as an employer of choice.
4. Responsible for managing execution of all branding programs & engagement initiatives across campuses.
5. Partner with the communications team and business to customize and develop employer branding material for use on campus.
6. Will be responsible for delivering as per plan for the entire campus cycle delivery across service lines as per scheduled timelines.
7. Will be responsible for engaging and maintaining the overall campus engagement across a wide spectrum of Graduate & Post Graduates colleges
8. Responsible for planning, executing and driving existing campus initiatives like Anchor, Confluence and EYQ and building on to more such initiatives as needed
9. Responsible for working with multiple stakeholders across the organisation at all levels catering to multiple agendas and meeting demanding time frames.
10. Other responsibilities as assigned

1. Team management skills
2. Strong planning & project management skills
3. Proficient in MS office, proficiency with applicant tracking systems like Taleo etc.
4. Strong networking and relationship development skills
5. Knowledge of the local market, the business, recruiting processes, branding.
6. Ability to prioritize in a fluid, fast paced environment on a need basis.
