Job Description:
1. To search the candidates as per the skills required by the client.
2. To search the matching profiles from job-portals, in-house database, referrals, etc.
3. At the next level, to screen the candidate through personal interview.
4. To send the screened profiles to client for further short listing
5. To schedule interviews of the shortlisted candidates at clients’ places.
6. To acquire feedback of interview status from candidate and client both.
7. To be active to ensure the closure of the position
